  ENCHANTED SMILES REVIEW BELEN - Within hours of submitting the below noted Enchanted Smiles Facebook (FB) Review, Enchanted Smiles removed its FB "Review" and "Post" features. The following day, correspondence from enchanted smiles states, "I... withdraw from care as your dental provider" without reason. So it appears, Enchanted Smiles, Belen, would rather punish then apologize for the mistreatment I experienced and expressed while receiving dental treatment there. REVIEW - The initial kindness Enchanted Smiles, Belen, showed me reversed about the time my $2,000 max insurance coverage was reached. I was charged $1,300 plus for a substandard denture of which two front teeth popped out. In contrast, I was talked out of the porcelain denture I had earlier requested. Worse yet was during an extraction, tooth fragments fell into my windpipe, twice! The second fragment followed the first just after I recovered from gagging. On both incidents, I was unaided as I folded over, choked and gasped for breath. I am age 61. I was polite and communicative with staff, yet mistreated. After my initial denture failed, a visiting dentist eventually replaced the defective denture and handled me with care. However, I had no alternative then to face the community devoid of teeth for two long weeks during the making of the replacement denture.
